  • READY!
READY! for Kindergarten, a national children’s literacy program, is moving online.  Due to the current health conditions, READY! for Kindergarten workshops are moving to an E-workshop format.  These E-workshops still provide the wonderful READY! curriculum to parents, grandparents and caregivers of children ages 0-5, but now you can view it at your own convenience, in the comfort of your own home.   The fun toys, puzzles and other materials are also provided for free when the E-workshop is completed.  To learn more and to register, go to www.readysandpoint.org or call 208-263-7040.

  • Welcome

    Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! We are excited to be back in school. We know times are different right now and we’ve had to make some changes in order to open school. One of our goals is to keep schools open while keeping students and staff safe. Flexibility will be crucial as we navigate through this year.

Our district web page, lposd.org, has information about our district’s adopted plan for COVID 19 and this school year. We will keep you updated if there are changes to the level of operation.

All classroom teachers will be utilizing Google Classroom this year and you can access daily learning information from this platform. Information on how to access Google Classroom will be coming from teachers the first few weeks of school.

If your child is not able to attend school for a period of time, please call the school so we can help you with accessing on-line learning.

We will continue to focus on our students’ academic and social well being. Our priority areas continue to be:

    • Ensure academic success for every student

    • Provide safe and innovative learning environments

Please make certain we have a current email address on file. Our monthly school newsletters, and important information will be delivered electronically to your email. We also have a Facebook page! Join our page by typing Sagle Elementary School into your Facebook search bar.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or suggestions.

    Sincerely,

    Kathy Berget

    Principal
